Lillie's Dedication

What a special day this was. March 15th we dedicated our precious new baby Lillie Marie. Along with Daddy, Mommy, & Abbygail, her Papaw, Mamaw, Mimi, Great Grandad, Great Ganny, Uncle Ben, Aunt Jen, Alyssa, and Hailey were all there to share in her special day. Bro. Davies made some comments and Papaw Bridges prayed for us.

Papaw & Mamaw Bridges flew in just to be here for the dedication. We only got to spend 2 days with them but every minute was precious to us. It was Lillie's first time meeting them. Abby sure enjoyed playing with papaw, so much that she wouldn't go to bed until after 1am. So I got to stay up with her while everyone else slept. Story of my life....no sleep for mommy.

We missed Uncle Smitty, Aunty Sarah, Aunty Oline, Haden, Faith, & James. Can't wait to see them. Hopefully soon.

Trying Something New

I thought I would try this and see if I can actually do it. I hope you all enjoy.

Today Ted is starting a Youth Revival a little over an hour from McMinnivlle, in Estecada. The girls and I won't be going with him until Friday night. He has also been working some long hours this week, so we haven't seen much of him. We are thankful for all the work, though.

Abbygail said another new word today "Book". She is doing so many new things. I think everyday there is something new. Yesterday she discovered how to climb up on the chairs around the table....so for me that means she can reach even more things. :) It is so fun watching her figure out new things.

Lillie is growing so fast. Her little cheeks are getting quite chubby. She is really starting to smile quite a bit. She spends most of her days in her swing, which I am so thankful for.

I am finally getting caught up on the house work. Our landlord brought us a new fridge lastnight, it's White and big. I have all kinds of room to put stuff in it now. I know kind of a crazy thing to get excited about, but if you would have seen my last one you would be, too. There is only one slight problem. It is so big that it takes over my kitchen, but I am not complaining. I'm thrilled to have it.

Well, I've got to go both girls are awake from their naps and crying. Back to the fun:)
